Repeatedly pressing the remote control buttons within 1 second can freeze the light string program. To fix this issue, simply unplug and replug the light string. Avoid this problem by refraining from pressing the buttons quickly and repeatedly.

How many strands can be connected to the string of lights?

Our light strings can be connected to a maximum of 90 bulbs. Connecting more than the specified limit will cause the lights to dim.

Are the light strings waterproof?

Our string lights are insulated and waterproof, with a rubber coating on the exterior of the base. They have an IP65 waterproof rating, while the plug has an IP44 rating.
